Waters Edge Apartments reviews on this apartment ratings site says its a Section 8 hellhole: broken elevators, Hoes turning tricks, junkies shooting up, rats, filth, no security, robberies, etc.

Another site dedicated to how lousy this run down apartment building is says that the place is known for not doing credit checks or background verifications on prospective tenants.

It’s a neighborhood that’s 5 minutes from Logan Intl Airport and about 5 miles to downtown Boston. Fairlly convenient, wouldn’t you say?

I haven’t been to Revere for 40+ years, but I remember the area as Mob run, seedy; particularly Revere Beach.
