I am listening to the Boston Police radio and an office confirms they detained a man a while ago and it was reported and the officers were advised to keep the man detained. So this guy is lying.

. So this guy is lying.,p> Or playing word games. Saying no one has been arrested doesn't mean no one is being detained for questioning. Not an attorney, but I think the cops can hold suspects for a time without a formal arrest.
