If they were amateurs, that would pretty much take out the North Koreans.
IMHO for them, they just want money. I don’t think if they were found out, that we would be much in a giving mood.

I think that this is a continuation of the Times Square attempted bombing. Just like the WTC took two attempts. First one in the basement and second one through the air.
The bottom line is that bombs should be outlawed.
