I was listening to Levin in the background last night, and while I don't specifically remember him saying "Representative," I got the impression he was talking about a member of the HoR, and not the Senate. He also made one little allusion to that person having the power of "committee assignments," and fund raising for other congress critters, which would suggest somebody holding a more formal leadership position than either Juan McLame or Grahamnesty.
Just the impression I got from what I caught of the show.
Most likely it’s one of bonehead’s capos. Cantor, McCarthy, etc.
Levin kept saying “Congressman” to avoid getting too specific.
My guess is Senator Dirty Sanchez, aka John McCain.
