To: Secret Agent Man

With no prescription required, gender makes no difference. Anybody could pick it up off the shelf.

I wonder if it could be given to somebody without them knowing they’ve been given it. Slip it in their chocolate pudding or something.

This judge better say whether the store that sold the pills will be legally liable if the woman, as well as her baby, dies.

If there is no prescription and the pharmacist makes the decision to give it to her, he is liable if the child is underage because the child cannot legally make the informed decision.
