Good luck to the person that tries to bring justice, but they will likely be told that they have no standing and that these traitors have immunity from lawsuits.
Perhaps an effort for impeachment would work, but they will never see criminal charges brought against them, regardless of who is in power... R or D.
It'd be hard to deny standing to someone directly affected by the law. They may try to claim some form of immunity, but that section of the US Code was written specifically to disallow government agents to use their position to deprive people of civil rights. Its applicability to blatantly unconstitutional laws should at least be tested.
