North Korea has the ability to send satellites into orbit (the upper atmosphere) and have done it successfully. Therefore, they can detonate a low yield nuclear bomb in the upper atmosphere and create a NEMP (nuclear electromagnetic pulse) any time they want. When they use the words, ““Cutting-edge smaller, lighter and diversified nuclear strike means”, that very well defines an NEMP. I have alerted my readers on another website to be prepared for this event to happen and to hope it doesn't.
