Hmm, I beleive that Dr. Ferris is the speaker, however I can’t recall to whom he was speaking....I tried to find it again, but have not been successful. I’d also bet that you saw something similar in “Fountainhead.” There was a lot of similarity between the two novels.
It might be when Galt is hooked up to the Ferris persuader.
