I am praying that this law will be so unworkable that non-compliance will become the norm, mostly out of necessity.
Long applications, buying insurance only after an illness, principled religious and ideological refusals, outright inability to afford any qualified insurance including exchanges, provider shortages, hospital closures, insurers dropping out of the market are just a few likely eventualities; these and other unforeseen consequences will hopefully ensure total failure.
