As someone who spent years working in IT, including sitting on a committee tasked with the implementation rules for HIPAA in 1998, I confidently predict nobamacare will self destruct under it’s own weight.
There are still major portions of the 1999 law that have not been implemented. And that law was tinkertoys compared to nobamacare.

The only people making money off nobamacare right now are the contractors. And, from what I hear from friends in the industry, they are flat cleaning up. Mostly from do-overs and redo-overs caused by, “What could possibly go wrong?” implementation.
