When I was a kid we used to play bombardment in gym class, with each team also having to defend three bowling pins placed in a triangular pattern.

You could win either by knocking out all the opposing players or knocking down all three of their pins. If you got the head pin at the top of the triangle you could move forward past the center line about fifteen feet to a mark taped on the gym floor.

So you could actually come up behind an opposing player if he or she wasn’t watching and both teams could cross the center line.

The game was AWESOME. We loved it.

Sounds like a pretty good time you had!

Again, if it wasn't for the hip surgeries and a bad knee, I'd gladly play today.

But, I'm a pretty pure Dodgeball aficionado player - no rules!
