A friend (widow) lives by a lake. Her 2 neighbors either side are gay men couples who visit their lake houses during weekends. This is in Texas too.

Until your neighbors feel the consequences of their sin, they will not be open to hearing from you, and even then they probably will not be able to change their hearts and really hear.
