Speaks about the body position of the victim where the round ends up in places you don’t expect. Skin is surprisingly strong. Expected changes (in 2008) to trauma surgery based on Iraq and Afganistan war experiences...makes sense. The survival rates are high if you get the gun shot patient to surgery within the golden hour.
