According to whom is this the “daughter’s dog”? He has two, both teenagers. Is this one of those, “okay... okay... I’ll buy you a dog, but you have to PROMISE me you’ll do all the care, walking and feeding”? Since when is the daughter of a family’s choice for a breed a pit-bull?
Did Kelly promise the dog breeder that, upon taking possession of said dog, he was going to turn it over to the police as well (as an assault dog)?
