I have a set for my work shoes and a set for sneakers that I just move from shoes to other shoes. They aren’t full soles, just half. They made a big difference for me. The words were right there on the package.
The worst part for me was I was told not to go barefoot any more. Crocs do the trick around the house.
Not getting to go barefoot is the worst part! I hope I can a bit when it’s all healed.
Does it EVER get ALL healed? *sigh*
I have my lime green crocs! I can stun people wearing them. LOL!
