Ok. Take everything you said as a given. Should the research not be done? Should we ignore or avoid the evidence that this study suggests because someone else would abuse it in a nanny state? It’s a legitimate study for such an agency.
Our child followed the recommendation...I don’t have a problem with research...though I think a private entity could do a better job than a taxpayer funded one.
My point wasn’t to necessarily attack the CDC, but to point out how a small observation like this opens the door for government intrusion. Given the current clowns in the executive branch, we need to be cautious.
Markets work best when government stays out as much as possible.
