Very true, and it looks like gay marriage is the issue that has caused the most push-back. Even in mainline churches it’s the congregations that stick to orthodox teachings that are thriving.
The progressives have had a field day in destroying our churches, government, and culture for almost 100 years. They have managed to replace the church with government. Personally, I think the church has to be retaken before anything worthwhile happens in the other two.

You may be right about that, although to be perfectly clear this is really a race to save as many churches as we can, not so much prevent leftism from inflitrating every church.
Leftist churches that abandon the writen word of God and embrace the abomination of homosexuality will die on their own from their own contradiction undermining their moral foundation in the minds of heir parishioners. (To say nothing from the homosexual union’s inherit inability to procreate.)
Just remember we are in a race to save as many churches as possible.
