There are real grievances out there that are available to demagogues (e.g., community organizers) to exploit. And there is a grievance industry, like the Democrat Party and MSNBC. They want blacks angry. How else can we explain the “black like me” claptrap from guys like Chris Matthews and that Ed Schultz clown? They don’t want behavior defined by whether it’s good or bad but by whether it benefits the Democrat Party. Black Americans who succeed are required to overlook how they did it (hard work, self-denial, discipline, focus, etc.) and attribute their success to the Democrat Party, which had nothing to do with it. Black Americans who do not have economic success are encouraged to believe that white Americans, especially rich ones, are to blame. Their own behavior supposedly had nothing to do with their lack of economic success.

Other side of the state. White college student beaten to death by 5-6 feral yutes. There aren't that many blacks in Washington, PA so I guarantee that it's common knowledge who did this but as of now it's disappeared down the memory hole. Not even a mention in the local papers almost 6 mos later.
Writing like that will be going down the memory hole soon, scrubbed off the internet, into a bit bucket. If it's not on the internet, it didn't exist.
I am curious as to who the landlords are. Do they live in the city or are they absentee landlords? Do you think that residents can research the property owners and perhaps take them to court if they do not make the effort to keep criminals out of their properties?
