I agree. Kevyn Orr is probably the best that they could get for this situation, the governor made a very good pick. He is experienced in turnarounds and making tough choices.
I liked what they both said. The Gov. taking leadership of (or towards) a failing community in his state, and the responsibility for a failing community in his state, and (I had forgotten his name thank you for the supply) Kevyn Orr speaking clearly about the status of his immediate assessments and projections.
