I knew Pete Domenici and he was not as you describe.
I was at one time GOP County Chairman in a county in NM. Lived there for 14 years. I knew many of the public officials.
I make no excuses for his actions that are revealed, but I do know things he did accomplish that were very good for the nation.
Texas fossil or New Mexican. He was horrible and became a RINO before our eyes. But worst of all — he was an unfaithful lying hypocrite. Thanks for your kind remarks. You do have a good Governor now over there.
