I tried messing around with topical applications of estriol cream recently too even though I am not yet menopausal until it sort of dawned on me that even with progesterone balance, extended use could be an nice way to possibly give myself breast cancer. I think I hold the resveratrol until the long-term effects of high doses of are better known.
Meanwhile, you could drink an awful lot of red wine.

But it might take 150 years or so to find out if it works...you gotta try it to know... :)
Meanwhile, Pino Noir has the most of the good resveratrol stuff...a glass every hour or so could make life a lot more interesting while you wait to decide on the ‘treatment’...
