You've repeated this mischaracterization twice. As important as knowledge is (the books and pamphlets which our founders also utilized), wisdom is even more so. The wisdom of gather allies, not alienating for example.
Some of the so-called conspiracies which have born out are now even recognized by the tea party: the threat presented by the UN, the threat presented by big government, the threat presented by another constitutional convention (con-con), the threat presented by communism/progressivism (whatever it is called this hour).
If the tea party can achieve its goals, great. But one should not alienate allies and bread ill will unnecessarily. My likening of the Tea Party to the John Birch Society was to show that the the left has employed the same techniques to marginalize and destroy. You foolishly do the same, when you should be finding friends not discouraging them.
You were trying to play the association game and piggy back onto the tea party.
Defend your bircher book club on it’s own, don’t try and exploit the tea party.
The tea party is real, and is effective, is powerful, and is even mainstream and prime time.
