Paul spoke primarily about the ability to kill at will. The senator from Wyoming talked about the privacy issues at length. Ted Cruz spoke a lot about states rights vs federal rights.
Suspects and Subjects who pay them tribute. A Government which does not trust the people is not to be trusted.
