Judge Napolitano: Obama’s Drone Policy Is “Stalinistic” (Video)

Judge Andrew Napolitano was on with Neil Cavuto today to discuss Barack Obama’s domestic drone policy. Napolitano says Obama’s policy of using drones to kill Americans without a trial is “Stalinistic.”

“The Constitution couldn’t be clearer. If the government wants the life, the liberty or the property of a person, they have to do it through due process, which means a jury trial. They can’t just execute. That’s Stalinistic.“

Napolitano also said if Bush would have had this policy Barack Obama would have been the first one to criticize it… Because he did. Via Your World:

You know... this posting (and news story) makes SO MUCH more sense when read correctly. Because at first I thought maybe the LOCK-step de'mon crats had lost their talking points, or that maybe one of them had "left the reservation."

Then I realized it was our wonderful TV commentator/constitutional law specialist Judge Andrew Napolitano, and not Janet Napolitano. HEh. Everyone has to get old someday I guess.

Wasn’t the democRATS who were violently opposed to the Bush administration having the ability to listen in on cell phone conversations? And, I seem to remember that LSM being up in arms about it too. Yet both of the extremist organizations doesn’t have a single problem with a government controlled drone flying over American airspace hunting for Americans. I can only hope that the first drone strike will be the Washington Post offices.

Discussions between combat vets and state and federal policing organizations have been ongoing since the Clinton Administration. Why do you think that Janet Napolitano has designated vets as potential “terrorists?” Those vets have messed with her command structure and her head, and she has no idea of whom she can trust to carry out orders from obama.

The Rats were against the drone strikes; and remember Holder was looking into legal consequences for the lawyers that advised Bush43 on enhanced interrogations. Waterboarding? criminal!!! Drone strikes on Wasilla? Very constitutional!!
