I really think it's a lose-lose situation for the Bamster. The question above is the one he is refusing to answer. Frankly I hope he does try to ignore it because that will wake up some more Americans from their Kool-Aid comas.

If he responds he looks weak because that means Rand Paul, a freshman senator, has set the agenda. I'm sure he would also respond in his usual divisive non-answer gobbeldygook which no one will take as a real answer after this. Rand would just slap it down again the same way he slapped down Durbin's straw men.

My local lib rag barely mentioned filibuster today. They seem to be aping the WH strategy of ignoring it and hoping the problem goes away.

They got a lot in to the record. A lot was said about Obama that has never been said formally.

What Rand Paul did was brave and something to admire. That in itself is a breath of fresh air.

Kudos to Ted Cruze from Texas and others who had the ability to stand and deliver.

People were watching. People were listening. It was not an effort that went unnoticed and I’m betting that this won’t be the last time we see this.

There will be retribution by Harry Reid. You could see how pissed off he was when the little twit showed up last last and acted like Duke and Duke in the movie Trading Places. How dare Rand Paul EXERCISE his rights. Well to hell with Harry Reid who for all his power cannot change the rules to stop the filibuster. I urge Paul and Cruze and others to use the filibuster more and more. It is the only way they will get heard and it is real leverage against the evil destroying the United States of America.

Might as well go down fighting. The Alamo comparison was and appropriate and unfortunate analogy and a sad one at that. But the good thing is that we saw some real leadership by men who are worth following and supporting as long as they keep fighting like this.

Great job by Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and others. I think the filibuster started a fire.

I have watched this every minute of today. Paul just inclluded we preppers on the target list, saying a govn. report listed us as possible terrorists and we could be killed by a drone.

I didn't watch all 13 hours, but enough to know he was spot on in how drones can be used by a tyrannical government. He was very articulate in building up to that scenario, making it seem a very real possibility to anyone listening. Too bad more of our congress critters don't have the same courage he has.

Oboma and Moochelle live separate lives. The Mooch is oboma’s “beard.” She was “hired” to pose as his wife..it's a deal she made with oboma, brokered by Valerie Jarrett, when all three of them were working for a Chicago law firm, and oboma was working his way up the socialist/communist ladder. He was told the Mooch had conditions under which she would consider this “union,” as she was a marxist and believed in the “cause.” Oboma, being homosexual, understood that he had to present a “solid family man front” to his public, and so he agreed to marriage and children. He was then groomed by the left, and that did include some plastic surgery on his nose, etc. He was articulate, looked good and was/is full of hate for this country..the perfect socialist/communist, and willing to be a tool for Soros and the “new world order.”

And there you have the basis for what you see today...the folks in OUR White House Look like the perfect family..but they aren't. The Mooch knows he is homosexual, and that their marriage is a political one, not based on love. Oh yes, they appear together for photo-ops and command performances in public. But they live separate lives, go on separate vacations..she with their kids, and he, alone, to meet up with a old/new boyfriend for some druggin’, drinkin’ and sexin’, as just recently happened when he went to Palm Springs. You heard he played golf with Tiger Woods...what you didn't hear about was that while oboma was in Chicago to make some kind of bs speech, he also picked up Reggie Love, his old boyfriend/with benefits on Air Force One and off they flew to Palm Beach for their “rondevoux.” You can google the name Ronald Young, (not positive of the first name, but info on him is included with that of Larry Sinclair), Larry Sinclair, Reggie Love, to learn more about oboma’s homosexuality and what can happen to an ex-lover when they pose a “threat” to oboma.

I don't know if you've noticed how uneasy, how uncomfortable their kids look in oboma’s company? It was quite noticeable during oboma’s inauguration in January, to cite but one occasion. These kids know something is wrong with oboma and his relationship with their mother and them.

What I've stated I learned from articles you can google and read up on yourself. The real info on oboma is out there if people want to learn the truth and will take the time to research it..starting with just the googling of a word, or name or phrase.

I'm sure he was eating candy for energy, in lieu of real food. I am soooooo proud of what Rand Paul did this day. And I feel the very same about Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Mike Lee. True Conservatives - True Patriots!

As for Thurmond...I don't know how he did it. I guess some of us have lesser requirements for food and bathroom breaks than others!
