The right people (small "l" liberatians) must take over the Republican party. You know how that happens? The right candidate comes along - one who doesn't care about party politics, GOP self-perpetuation, or counsels of fear. A Ronald Reagan type. The "GOP-e" hated Reagan & didn't understand him. But once the GOP saw his results, oh, they loved him and wanted to be identified with his success. They loved the results, although they had NO CLUE how such phenomenal success occurred under Reagan. So it is today.

Who's out there that loves America and the American people and doesn't mind thumbing his/her nose at the "GOP-e" while skewering the Socialists? Maybe Marco Rubio? I like him. I love Sarah Palin, but she may have demurred herself out of it. It's time for someone who doesn't have a truckload of crap the bad guys can use against him/her, to stand up for America and the American people and is tough enough to successfully stand up to the "GOP-e."

What you advocate on this post is inconsistent with the voting behavior of Republican primary voters, particularly in the early states of IA, NH, SC, and FL. It just won’t happen, as you propose.
