Lie again for another lie - Rhetorical Flourish trained to be a lawyer (trained to be a liar with rhetorical techniques). problem is by giving the least fortunate everything they want a liar can gain the confidence of the masses with rhetorical flourishes ( lies, supporting lies).
Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Emperor of Japan during WWII, franklin Delano Roosevelt, Hugo Chavez - liars all of the them to support an agenda that only caused destruction.
FDR caused the depression only to worsen with his lies, WWII came along and the depression seemed to lift the country, but that was not realized fully until the 1950s. when the men returned in 1945 employment was difficult for a time, just like housing.
former military personnel whom were injured gained a college education through vocational rehabilitation, others gained an education through the GI bill.
