It would be better for the voters to repeal Prop 8 than for the SCOTUS to overturn.
But, as it is now, the dominos are falling and it is just a matter of time when all states have gay marriage.
The ones that only passed their amendments in the 50% ranges might fail now, those that passed then in the 60% ranges will last a little longer, and so on. I think the highest % for passage was Mississippi with a whopping 86% in 2004, so that will stand for a while if they stick to the popular vote. Of course there could also be an acceleration of the seeming trend, I could see that happening if enough states accept ‘gay marriage’.
