Not surprising, when I’ve had many potential new hires (factory work, central Kentucky) that they can “make more” by staying at home instead of working. Largely a generational thing, more prevalent in the under-25 year old crowd than any other group, from my experience. A whole generation, lazy to the bone.

That give me and idea.

Someone needs to take the song by George Thorogood & The Destroyers named "Bad To The Bone", and make a parody with the words,

"Lazy To The Bone".

weird, I have been trying to fill positions in central Kentucky as well and it is always the 40+ year old workers that have the ‘that’s less than i could make sitting at home’ mind set. the 20-30’s are just happy to be employed.
