Democrat controlled PD in a Democrat run city in a Democrat run state loaded with corruption fires a black man, then hunts him down with the full force of government, shooting random people along the way. The Democrat run media whips up the population into a frenzy.

Once caught up to, he dies under still uncertain circumstances right before the Democrat President who shares his view of race and gun control makes the national SOTU address in Prime Time on all the Democrat controlled networks.
