I am surrounded by citrus, and vegatable farms as well as catttle farms.
Planters, pickers, field workers where all have a vast majority of latins. Many illegals.
Blacks are too used to getting cradle to grave welfare here.

We have plenty of farms here in NJ (the “Garden State”), but they don’t want American workers. The illegals are much easier to work with and profit from; it is a win-win for both parties involved, while it is a lose-lose for Americans (no jobs, and 63 illegals living next door to you for which you pay to clothe, feed, and house them - and school their anchor babies).

Employers are the problem, and while they have valid complaints (they can’t compete when “the other guy” uses illegals, for example), the “Americans don’t want these jobs” is nonsense. Americans have always done every job in the book; they just don’t want to do it for a bowl of chili a day.
