Can you honestly not see what a raging, out of control narcissist this guy [Obama] is?

Of all the things to criticize 0bama over, this isn't too high on the list. The Pope's resignation is major international news, and many/most world leaders have made or released statements about it.

It IS major international news! Not about 0, but about the Pope! 0 turns everything around to be about him. We're sick and tired of it.

Of course he is. I'm just saying that issuing a statement re: the Pope's resignation, and including in that statement a personal anecdote about meeting the Pope, is something that other world leaders have done, and is not itself so high on my (long) list of "0bama actions to criticize."

He always has to make every situation about himself, doesn’t he?

Well, he could have made a nice statement about the pope. We've already heard all the nice statements he has about himself. (Seriously, and I'm not even Catholic.)

I'm not Catholic either and I cannot ever remember anybody non Catholic, referring to the Pope as "Holy Father" (Not saying it's never happened) just seems a bit late in the game for obama to try to suck up to Catholics.

The problem with narcissism is that it grates, wears, tears and just generally rubs the wrong way more and more as time goes by. If this were the first time, or a more isolated case, of Obama focussing on himself in lieu of on the person actually in the news, your critique would make more sense. As it is, people are just fed up with Obama’s self-referential world—and who can blame them?

Iow, it’s the accumulation of Obama’s endless self-focus that has rubbed people raw. As such, Obama has no one to blame but himself for the fact that we and many others are sick to death of his I I I me me me approach to any and all news events/issues, etc.

What is it with that guy? Every time I mentioned the 'destruction of religious liberty' he said:
"Don't worry I'll get on that right away."

“Really. What jobs did you do together?”

obama probably pulled a “Steno Pad” out and started asking him intensely about the time the Pope was enrolled in the compulsory Hitler Youth Program in the 1930’s.

That maybe what obama is refering to.
