People seem to be losing all rational thinking and discernment.

People are also losing their trust in institutions - the media and government in particular. We're no longer bound to love thy neighbor but we have been conditioned to fear him. There are reasons for this.

If you lose your trust in those institutions, as well you should, the next rational step is not to start running around and yelling that the WTC was brought down by demolition charges (for example).
