#15 Why are black-clad federal SWAT teams raiding farms and ranches all over the United States?Specifics, please. First I've heard of it, and though I know the LameStreamMedia will keep quiet anything that reflects badly on the regime, I'm pretty sure I'd have heard by now.

I won’t ask anyone that I know what they are doing to prep. I don’t advertise.

The so-called "precious metals" will never be used as a means of exchange, even in a crisis.
Period. End of sentence. End of argument.

I am do not consider myself a “prepper”. I do however, take a que from Proverbs 22:3: “A prudent one foresees the evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.”, and from 1 Timothy 5:8, “But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially his family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.” Further, I cannot share what I don’t have.
I do however want to be *resilient* in the face of risks to my family that are more probable than the risks that the media and the left (redundant) scold us about every day. For example, I think the risk that some unforeseen local event will prevent me from being able to go to the grocery store for at least a week is more probable than being in a serious auto accident. I wear my seat belt, so given the odds, why would I not want to have a few weeks worth of food at home?
And so on. There are many things that a person can do that do not incur undue expenses and yet bolster personal resilience in the face of risk. It not be extreme, it is being prudent. I also wear my seat belt.

So that the remaining, approved, licensed, worthy folks can frolic and cavort in a natural wonderland devoid of technically inclined rednecks like me.

#21 Why are Americans not more outraged that TSA goons are manhandling the private areas of our women and our children in the name of national security?
That's the one that clued me in that Americans aren't going to fight, and made me decide I'd better prepare to hunker down and look to my own long-term safety and survival in post-freedom America.
(When the best that an American father can do is video his screaming child being groped by a stranger and post it on Youtube - and when he's hailed as a hero for doing so! - the tyrants know they've won. And so do I.)
