Yes...that's the leftist formula at work.
On weekends, when I occasionally stumble across the "lockup" programs on MSNBC, if I didn't know better, I'd conclude that 90% of the prison population was white. Mexican and black criminals are rarities on those programs.
The same approach was taken by Dick Wolf's Law and Order series. The victim was almost invariably some minority, including Muslims. The bad guy? Well, he was nearly always white and either homeschooled his children or sent them to private Christian schools.
That’s not the case on “The First 48”. The overwhelming majority of the time, the perp is black, as is the victim.
