Maybe the solution is to just lockup all black males from age 15 to 24.
Afteral, if it saves at least one life it will be worth it, right? As long as the president wants to walk all over the constitution, this may work better.
The almost funny thing is that when sentences were made longer in the late 80’s and 90’s, the death rate among black males dropped. This is due to other factors as well, but longer incarcerations certainly saved many black male lives. Try pointing that out to the race pimps though, and their heads explode. The country is damned if it does and damned if it doesn’t.
