Not eligible under Article II, Section 1 of the US Constitution.

If this is who the GOP-E powers that be are pushing on us...then I guess we will have Obama and his ilk as permanent fixtures in the White House.

According to the 14th Amendment Rubio is a natural born citizen. Rubio’s parents were in the US at the permission of the US govt, therefore Rubio is nbC.

Mark Levin believes Rubio is nbC.

Marco Rubio was born is Miami, Florida. His parents were here LEGALLY and are US citizens.

When challenged, Is the Supreme Court going to rule that he is not eligible under Article II, Section 1 of the US Constitution?
