GOP: With big Latino vote, Rubio would win presidency (Survey: Rubio would get 48% of Hispanic vote)
Washington Examiner ^ | 02/04/2013 | Paul Bedard

He's already being treated like the 2016 GOP presidential front-runner, and now there is another reason Republicans are excitedly buzzing about Florida Sen. Marco Rubio: He alone would reverse the party's slide among Hispanic voters.

A new nationwide poll from JZ Analytics found that Rubio would get 48 percent of the Hispanic vote, about twice what Mitt Romney won in 2012. Republican strategist told Secrets that a win among Latino voters that big would assure Rubio the presidency, since he would also likely keep the regular GOP base.

"If he does that good, then he's the next president," said a senior GOP official. "It makes him The Man, I guess," added the official.

The poll, provided to Secrets, did not indicate why Hispanics like Rubio, other than his story growing up in Florida as a child of Cuban parents is well known. He has also joined the bipartisan Senate effort to reform immigration.

Mark Levin, a noted constitutional scholar and lawyer, believes Rubio is qualified. Fred Thompson, lawyer, believes Rubio is nbC.

Both are making political comments, just like you are.

B******t! There's a reason Obama, the Democrats, and the GOP establishment want millions of illegal aliens streaming across the border: They're reliable DEMOCRAT voters! Obama and his pals would be out there personally laying bricks for a border wall if they thought for one moment that a flood of illegals would lead to a conservative (OK... using the term loosely here!) getting elected.

Mark Levin is a constitutional scholar and one of the sharpest conservatives around - he thinks your birther arguments are nonsense.

I know who Mark is I have a few hundred of his shows archived.

Mark is a practical man, he knows this issue will be avoided and has said as much. I suspect the courts will just refuse to even consider the issue. I also suspect Congress will do the same, but they are complicit in the fraud as are you, so blow it out the other hole you bore me.

Oh BS. Such BS you liar. You total BSer. Mark Levin was VERY clear on this. He wasn't avoiding the issue or being "practical". Mark Levin said Marco Rubio was born in Miami, Florida and he IS a natural born citizen. Period. Not only that, but Levin encouraged Rubio to throw his hat in the ring and run for President. Additionally, Levin has repeated told birthers to stuff it and stay off his airwaves and social media sites. He (along with most serious conservatives) thinks you birthers are crackpots. So cut the BS, we all know the birther crap you're selling is nonsense.

Mark Levin is just plain wrong on this issue. Justice Roberts was wrong on Obamacare which proves constitutional scholars are often wrong because political considerations pollutes their decision.

I have nothing further to say on the issue so buzz off.

Listen here you little twit, you're the one who started this by rudely posting to me earlier in this thread. And then you follow that up by blatantly misrepresenting Mark Levin in order to make it appear he was just being "practical" and didn't have a clear opinion on the matter. You are full of crap.

Mark has a clear opinion, it is just wrong.

Show me the court decision that says that Rubio is a NBC, until then you have an opinion. Once again stuff it.

I think it's safe to trust a constitutional scholar like Mark Levin over anything you have to say. You've proven yourself to be nothing but deceitful and rude. You know perfectly well that no courts are with you on these birther theories you are pushing.

What, no court case you can post here that proves your assertion? Until the Courts rule, you just have an opinion which has no force of law. It is not even tradition. Just because the current occupant of the White House is illegal it does not constitute an amendment to the Constitution.

All you opinion does is ignore the plain English definition of a Natural Born Citizen.
