This twitter page says the suspects name is Eddie Routh, former Marine, arrested for DWI. Take it with a grain of salt, it’s early yet.

Was he (Eddie) apprehended in the described vehicle? Or associated with it?

If so, sounds more like a local deal, as opposed to islamic or obamic intrigue.
