OBVIOUS ANSWER:
* The media will report, if they report at all, the "tragic" death of a "decorated veteran" who was "needlessly slain" at an "EVIL SCARY GUN range".
* "All the more reason to enact legislation before more gallant heroes are 'needlessly slain' by illegal guns"
* "It's for the children" hasn't got them the traction they wanted. So let's try "Remember Our Needlessly Slain Heroes", instead.
"Never let a crisis go to waste..."
Disarm everybody except government employees. Once out (of the military, police force, etc.), you can't be trusted with a firearm.
