I got lost in that part of Baltimore a few years back on a Friday night in a white Cadillac. And that is no joke when it’s 2 white males and 2 white females in the car.
It is exactly as you describe. Filthy, run down and trash everywhere. People hanging out on every corner, or passed out on the sidewalk. Just disgusting.
I was never so glad to find my way out of that maze.

We got off on Monroe St and took it straight into that neighborhood area. Took a right on Wilkens, then onto Pennsylvania ...do you know where I’m talking about? Ended up near Druid Park? It was Druid park alright ....it just literally looked like someone had expoded a trash truck ...it was EVERYWHERE.
I mean - if you live in a home, and there is trash in your yard, or on the sidewalk in front of your home ...do you mean to tell me your’e going to look at that and not pick it up, day after day, after day?
What is WRONG with these people?
The only quasi safe time to explore the Michael Looter King areas in Metro USA is just after sunrise on a Sunday morning.
