Can we pay the SAT or ACT folks to put together a aptitude/certification test for candidates?
Hell, even if they had to appear on Jeopardy or Are you smarter than a 5th grader, we could eliminate a fair number of dems and rinos.

I have made a suggestion in the past that every voter should be required to name at least 75% of the U.S. Presidents with when he served. During the summer, I mentioned Chester Arthur to someone and she giggled before saying “We had a President named Arthur?”
