The Professor was appalling, sounding for all the world like the classic shaggy grey academic mimicking all the “irrelevant dead white man” cliches of the radical Left.

Prof, “what difference does trashing the Constitution make???” He cites examples of its being necessary before , and implies that with Obama it’s necessary again, and skirts all specifics of ANY circumventing of the Constitution THEN
AND NOW. Convenient, but it’s a subtle way of creating approval for Obama by associating him with the kind of “dead white men” that meet HIS approval.
CBS should get emails demanding equal time for a real response, point by point to this Geo-town professor, maybe an academic , if they can find one.
