If the federal government doesn't feel compelled to follow the laws of the land, neither do I.

” . . . that valuable time is being wasted in Washington . . .”
I think we have a different definition of “valuable”. Would that those clowns in DC were to waste the next four years, and leave the rest of us alone.

That is one of the worst titles of a thread I have ever seen.

And to think Americans used to chuckle at Pravda.
Not even the pretense of a free press. A state run media that would make any dictator proud.

Not surprised it’s come to this.
Major difference is Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus, an Article I power, because Congress was not in session in April, 1861 and copperheads were burning down railroad bridges in Baltimore to keep Union troops from reaching Washington.
What’s Obama’s emergency?

So, I guess it’s official now. We’re at CWII. According to this author, Ogumbo is Lincoln reborn and must ignore the constitution in order to save the nation....or something...

Faiven Feshazion. Know this name. Find this man. He is a clear and present danger to America, and he is no less than a Domestic Enemy of the Constitution.

The only thing nobama “should” do is resign immediately and turn him self into Leavenworth to find a solitary cell in which to spend the rest of his worthless existence.

That’s a great title...if you’re intention is to plant a whole new crop of propaganda. “Gee whiz. Daddy wants to follow the constitution very badly. But some in congress won’t let him so Daddy will have to fix the boo boo himself. This is what GOOD Daddy’s do.”

Wouldn't that be like raping a woman to keep her safe and secure?
If Zero decides to violate the Constitution (some more) to try to subvert the 2nd Amendment, I predict that record numbers of citizens violate his edicts from the get-go instead of waiting for the courts to settle it. And if the courts choose wrong, I would guess that a large number of citizens will take it upon themselves to stop obeying a number of unconstitutional "laws". Perhaps this is the event horizon we need to regain some semblance of what the Founders set up.

Exactly.
Obama has already done enough things against the Constitution and against the law to be impeached.
F&F and Benghazi just to mention two things.

They also conveniently forget that the 5th Amendment which applies to Habeaus Corpus has this clause:...except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger..
