The “Assault Weapons Ban of 2013″ is similar to one passed in 1994 that expired with little protest in 2004

Obviously analytical skills are not this guy's forte.

I don't recall much protest of its expiration in 2004 ... I and many others protested it for years before it was passed at X-42's urging in 1994.

Actually I was referring to the fact that he said the expired ban and the soon to be proposed ones are similar. Other than both would not have done anything to prevent Sandy Hook, I think the two bills couldn't be more dissimilar.
