It makes sense. The media reflexively goes out to destroy anyone who is “republican” and large numbers of voters have bought into this.
I actually think most people would have voted for Romney in a non partisan election and Romney would have won if he were “democrat” and Obama “republican”.
The media has destroyed “republican” in the same way they have destroyed the word “nuclear”.
Christie could win as a democrat. Actually, Gingrich might win as a democrat.
Basically, the other side has won the branding/marketing war where Nazi=Republican now.

The “Republican” brand was destroyed by the GOP and media efforts combined. They willingly accepted the noose around their necks and disparage each other and themselves.

The Democrats can pull about 65 million voters. The Republicans have pulled about 64 million voters. There are another 90 million eligible adults who don't vote.
To me that means 'the other side' has only 5/16 of the potential electorate.
That's hardly market dominance! '

They only win if we don't counter David Axelrod's lies.As long as we keep depending on the the old media/DBM to give us a fair and balanced treatmetn we wilneve get anything but disappointment. The sooner we learn it and depnd on ourselves, the New Media, the better. We need party unity desperately but what we don't need are party traitors. Both Christie and Powell are traitors. We don't need them.
