The speech Obama should give but will not is two words long: "I resign". All the author's lofty items have as much chance of being said as mine.

Linda Chavez seems to be under the misapprehension that Obama wants to help us to secure our future and salvage our character. I think Obama is closer to the alien response in Independence Day when the President asked what they wanted of humanity. The response was that they wanted us to die, at least in so far as the US.
