As a doctor I can tell you that 99% of us will not ask this and check to see if you answered it on some form the government makes you fill out. What a joke.
But I’m happy to trade tips on which firearms to own, good places to go shooting, etc....

What if....say you have a medicare patient..and medicare will not process a payment until the paperwork is ‘complete’.

Intake is done by clerical staff in my area, and they are gonna ask whatever is on the pre-printed form. Been there, had that done...
Of course...I'd recommend...some "gun safety" tips. Like good gun control is hitting what you aim at.
Glean your guns often.
Shoot your guns often...to become more familiar with them.
Etc..etc...
and how about the youngish female physician assistants? Will they ask?
