No Budget for 4 years...Obama made sure of that, and now he says “they” order me to spend?

The 8@!!ess Repubbies, that went along with it for the last two, is enough to make me blow a head gasket nevermind Mark Levin.

The efforts to tie the Budget Ceiling with Reid actually bringing a a budget to the Senate floor for a ya or nay vote is a must.

Obama won't allow it, but an on-going budgetary review, something along the lines of what Newt is proposing i.e. a continous improvement program, Monthly, with a new focus, Dept by Dept, as to it's viability and or re-engineering said departments is a must. IMHO it can't be done with a omnibus bill.

I agreee 100%. Congress must have a budget and a linked monthly review process.
