Agreed. I used to really admire Lance. Now I’m disappointed. I read about the manner in which he left his wife, treated his support folks, and denied that he doped. I always thought it was a vindictive former employee getting some payback.

Now it looks like much of the claims are true. Do the good results from the “Livestrong” organization vindicate him?

Did he create “Livestrong” to enhance his own ego or did he do it out of a genuine concern? I know that if I were a cancer survivor that was alive because of the assistance of “Livestrong,” I would care less.

If I was a competitor on the Tour de France, I’d be pissed.

Agreed. I used to really admire Lance.

I was riding with my brother-in-law in Albuquerque years ago. I was struggling to keep up with him on a hill. This group of riders blow by us like we were standing still. It was Lance training. Amazing athlete. My BIL is a much better rider and he took off in pursuit. Couldn't get close.
